Information and Referral Services (I&R) is a central source of information about health and human services and community resources for the people of Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, and Santa Cruz counties. I&R provides information to help people find and obtain the assistance they need. Information specialists help callers solve problems, provide referrals to the appropriate community agencies, and advocate on a client’s behalf when needed. I&R provides immediate crisis triage for people who need urgent help. Callers who are suicidal or experiencing assault, abuse, or neglect can be linked directly with the appropriate crisis service provider. Toll-free number: 888-575-2111.
