TransParents is a peer-to-peer, social, support and empowerment project created by and for the parents/caregivers of children who are transgender, gender diverse, gender transcendent, questioning, or gender creative.

Families gather once a month to build community and provide support to one another.

Also, started in fall 2012, these dedicated families and a team of skilled community volunteers came together to begin an annual tradition:

Camp Born This Way, a four day, three night camp experience for gender-phenomenal youth, ages 5-12, and their parents/caregivers, and siblings. This joyous event was a tremendous success and plans have begun for Camp Born This Way 2013.
