Wingspan is a qualifying charity for Arizona's Working Poor Tax Credit. This program works like the end-of-year schools deduction program. You may be able to have a state tax credit for your gift to Wingspan's programs up to $200.00 for an individual and $400.00 for a married couple for any gifts made by December 31. 2009.
In order to receive the credit, the individual giving the donation must itemize deductions on the Arizona tax return. Please check with your tax preparer about any questions you may have.
